INFORMATION FOR THE PERIOD UNTIL OFFICIAL LICENSING
We hope that the time will soon come for NEO.bet to receive its official Ontario sports betting licence from AGCO and iGO. The NEO.bet team is working in close coordination with the Ontario authorities on the final steps towards official licensing.
On this page you will find useful information about what is changing for you, as a sports bettor from Ontario, and what innovations and improvements will be made to bring you greater convenience.
From the 31st of October, until the official issuance of the licence, some restrictions will apply to NEO.bet customers based in Ontario. We will inform you as soon as NEO.bet has received its licence from the authorities. NEO.bet is currently only a few small steps from becoming officially licensed, so we are hopeful this restriction period will be a short one.
PAYMENTS
During this period, up to being officially licensed, you can make withdrawals from your NEO.bet account as usual.
All previous payment providers remain activated and can be used to their full extent for withdrawals.
SPORTS BETTING
Until the official licence has been granted, the placing of sports bets at NEO.bet will be deactivated for customers in Ontario.
All bets being unsettled as at 31.10 will be cancelled.
NEW DOMAIN
Once the licence has been granted by the authorities, NEO.bet will be accessible to Ontario customers at the new web domain on.neobet.ca. Ontario customers must be in Ontario to use this domain, it is no longer possible to place bets from other areas. A mandatory geolocation check will be carried out when visiting NEO.bet.
NEO.bet Account
If you are already a registered customer from Ontario, you do not have to register again. After NEO.bet has received the official licence, your “old” account will remain fully operational.We may require new approval and consent to the terms and conditions, for player protection. We will keep you informed regarding other useful innovations such short term breaks and personal bet limits.
